On langchain it seems like you have played with it. Where would you point me for getting deeper into LLMs?
I am sure you have heard of this resource, but https://www.deeplearning.ai/ has been a great entry point into new ML, GPT and LLM subjects for me.
I have not had to productionize built on top of LLMs yet so not much help there :D
